Hmmm, I'm a work-in-progress when it comes to my new hot house. No kidding, the clue is in the name. It was 52 degrees celcius at 5.30pm! Poor ox heart tomato seedlings...let's hope they recover. Note to self: open the louver windows on a cracking day!!

I can't help myself. I am loving homemade cottage cheese so much I quadrupled the recipe! Yum. O. Waiting patiently for the milk to get up to temperature is a bit like watching paint dry in winter though! #cheesy
