Baking is one of my favourite ways to slow down, get creative, and make the most of what’s on hand.
Whether it’s a glut of seasonal fruit, an overripe banana or two, or those forgotten pantry bits you promised yourself you’d use someday, there’s something grounding and joyful about turning humble ingredients into something delicious to share.
Here you’ll find all my baking recipes, from the everyday to the indulgent. Cakes, slices, muffins, scones, biscuits, brownies and more, each one is often inspired by what’s growing in the garden or hiding in the back of the cupboard. I especially love working with fresh, homegrown fruit, and many of these recipes are designed to use up seasonal produce while it’s at its best.
These baking recipes are listed in A to Z order, but if you’re looking for something specific or want to jump to a particular ingredient, use the TAG menu on the right of the page to filter your options. Whether you’re baking for a weekend treat, a lunchbox filler, or simply to make the house smell amazing, I hope you’ll find something here to inspire your next session at the oven.
This is my little ‘slice of life’ in the kitchen. Dig in, experiment, and most of all, enjoy.
